Turning
professional in 1993, Brent Wootton is a Class "A" member of
the Utah Section of the PGA. Brent's career spans over 19 years. He
was
head professional and superintendent of Seven Peaks GC, superintendent at Palisade State Park
GC, Moab Golf Club,
and assistant superintendent at Park Meadows in Park City (UT).
Brent shot his lowest round of 69 at the Roosevelt
Pro-Am. He is also a former club champion at Moab and Seven Peaks GC.
Brent hosted the 1st Annual Utah Junior Golf Association Seven Peaks Classic in
1999, the Annual Food & Care Coalition Charity Tournament from 1995-1997,
and the 1st Annual Boy Scouts of America Golf Charity Tournament. He has
held junior clinics. "I work more with the students' existing forms," says Brent. "I build on what they already
have, or if a
beginner with the basics such as grip, stance,
and swing depending on physical ability."
