Kit Carver has been in the golf business in some capacity for almost thirty years. During this time she has worked at courses located from the Bay Area of Northern California  to Lake Oswego, OR and back to the Silicon Valley.  As a psychology undergraduate from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA., Kit's experience and background is extensive.

In 1997, Kit was selected as one of the favorite female golf instructors by Golf for Women magazine.  She was an instructor assisting students in the illustrating of the book Patty Sheehan on Golf by Patty Sheehan and Betty Hicks, participated as a real-life image in creating video golf characters with Accolade Software for the creation of the computer video game Jack Nicklaus 4, and has filmed video tips for "Fore Women Golfers" a public access television show. 

Kit keeps current on golf-related subjects such as teaching and clubfitting., CPR and has attended swing-model workshops.  She is a certified clubfitter for Lange Golf, receiving the Top Clubfitter Award in 1996 and 1997.

For a number of years, Kit has volunteered as an instructor at a number of women's clinics, including the Soroptimist Women's Golf Clinic in Carmel, CA, and the nationally recognized Golf Clinics for Women. In addition, she has participated in Women's Day in Golf at Santa Clara Golf & Tennis, organized the Ultimate Women's Golf Clinic, taught corporate classes, and hosted free clinics for her Ladies Club.
